SIGN İstanbul, International Advertising Industry and Digital Printing Technologies Fair, will take place for the 17th time at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center from 10-13 September 2015.
When last held, SIGN Istanbul attracted a record 390 exhibiting companies from 33 countries who promoted their latest products and services to a record 20,916 industry professionals from 66 countries. As Eurasia’s largest and most comprehensive event of its kind, SIGN Istanbul continues to be the most important trading platform for the Region’s sign making, advertising and digital printing sectors.
On display were over 300 machines including 156 digital printers, 46 textile and transfer printing machines, 104 CNC Routers, Lasers and others. It was of little surprise that this comprehensive showcase of innovative equipment and technologies attracted a high number of visitors from Turkey, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Greece, Macedonia, Iraq, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates and Georgia.
With early exhibitor bookings for SIGN Istanbul 2015 significantly ahead of the equivalent period for the 2014 event, Istanbul Fair Organisation (IFO), the organizer, is predicting strong growth with some 400 exhibitors from 35 countries occupying a gross area of 30,000 sqm and attracting over 21.000 visitors from across the world.
Commenting on just one of the exciting new initiatives being introduced for SIGN Istanbul in 2015, Ipek Saltik, Project Manager, said “İFO Fuarcılık closely follows global developments in its sectors and SIGN Istanbul will give additional focus to 3D print technologies in Turkey given its growing importance across a range of applications.”
