Technical specs of the products to be displayed at the fair: Hexaboard Honeycomb panel is a high technology sandwich panel with a honeycomb structure inside and high specific composite folios on both sides. Folio layers can be made of different materials such as PP, PC, WPC, FRP,etc.
There are 3 different thicknesses developed and standardized for Point of Sales Materials/ Advertisement Materials, which are 5mm, 10mm and 20mm. For your customized order production, core thicknesses can be made from 4mm up to 22mm and layer thicknesses can be made from 0.2mm up to 2mm. Sheet maximum production dimensions are 2,100 mm for width and 12,000 mm for length. Special colors can be produced according your choices from RAL catalogue. Layers and core of the HexaBoard Honeycomb panels can be produced in different colors. Minimum production sqm for these customized orders starts from 1,000sqm and according to special colors minimum order quantity and prices can vary.
All panels have a corona layer, UV Digital and silk-screen printing and digital and offset printed stickers can be applied directly to panel surfaces. Honeycomb panels can be cut with laser, CNC Router, saw, die cut tools…etc.
