FUJIFILM, which makes a difference in ‘Digital Printing Products’ with continuously-improved technology and thanks to its R&D investments, will participate the Sign Istanbul Fair between September 11 and 14, 2014.
FUJIFILM will be at the stand no C-30, Hall 12 at Tüyap Fair Center and exhibit Acuity Advance UV Flatbed digital printing machine that allows high speed digital printing at photograph quality; fast, cost-effective and versatile Uvistar II digital printing machine and wide format printing machine Acuity LED 1600 that brings a breath of fresh air to outdoor advertising.
Acuity Advance UV Flatbed
Acuity Advance range that allows high speed digital printing at photograph quality presents eye-catching printing results with standard materials. Acuity Advance range of FUJIFILM decreases investment and production costs through its knowledge of UV technology, high quality and printing speed. In this way, return on investments takes places in short period. As it is easy to configure according to needs, Acuity Advance Select range offers optimum investment cost and features roll unit and X2 wide tray option. The machine which is also capable of printing white color and lacquer allows printing at very high quality thanks to its variable drop size from 6 to 42 picoliters.
Uvistar II
Designed for fast and cost effective wide format prints, Uvistar also allows versatile UV digital printing capability. In particular, UV printing technology that has been introduced as an important solution in outdoor advertising provides significant benefits for production capacity and speed with its fast printing and drying capabilities. With its up to 350 m2/h speed and supported by FUJIFILM’s Uvijet inks, Uvistar II range is an important solution partner of the sector through its up to 5 meter wide printing size; bright, colorful and quality prints. Another novelty offered by Uvistar range at wide size is that it generates excellent results at soft materials such as polyethylene. Machine can be configured as 4 or 8 colors and features the capability of printing on up to 25 mm thick hard material which is not included in this segment.
Acuity LED 1600
Designed by FUJIFILM, Acuity LED 1600, a “wide format printing machine”, has a high performance LED drying system that is identified as one of the technologies that will direct the future. As LED lamps emit very low amount of heat, it even allows to work with heat-sensitive materials. LED drying technology consume less energy than standard UV lamps and has 10-time longer life cycle. With all these capabilities, this product is the most environment-friendly digital printing machine. Acuity LED 1600 also offers superior printing quality. The combination of the printing head designed by FUJIFILM Dimatix with UV ink and LED drying technology provides smooth and printing result at photograph quality. The machine also features white color printing and local lacquer application capability. It can also print on up to 13 mm-thick hard materials.
